Your ultimate guide to Satta Matka. Master the terminology, learn the rules, and understand how results are calculated to maximize your winning potential.

Understanding the Basics

Satta Matka is a numbers game based on guessing. It involves picking numbers from 0 to 9. Before you start playing and checking live results on our platform, it is crucial to understand the standard terminology used by players and bookies across the country.

What is a Panel (Patti)?

A Panel (also known as Patti or Panna) is a three-digit number resulting from the drawing of cards or numbers. Panels are always written in ascending order. For example, if the drawn numbers are 5, 2, and 8, the panel will be written as 258.

Types of Panels

  • Single Patti (SP): A panel where all three digits are different (e.g., 123, 458, 269).
  • Double Patti (DP): A panel where two of the three digits are exactly the same (e.g., 112, 228, 559).
  • Triple Patti (TP): A rare panel where all three digits are identical (e.g., 111, 222, 777).

What is a Jodi?

A Jodi translates to a "pair" in English. It is a two-digit number formed by combining the single digits extracted from the Open Panel and the Close Panel. For example, if the Open Panel results in a 4 and the Close Panel results in an 8, the Jodi for that market is 48.

How is the Result Calculated?

Let's break down a full Matka result, which typically looks like this: 258-52-147

  1. The first set of numbers (258) is the Open Panel.
  2. The sum of 2+5+8 is 15. The last digit of this sum is 5. This is the Open Ank.
  3. The last set of numbers (147) is the Close Panel.
  4. The sum of 1+4+7 is 12. The last digit of this sum is 2. This is the Close Ank.
  5. Combining the Open Ank (5) and Close Ank (2) gives you the Jodi: 52.

What is Half Sangam and Full Sangam?

  • Half Sangam: Guessing an exact Open Panel combined with the Close Ank, or the Open Ank combined with the exact Close Panel.
  • Full Sangam: The most difficult and highest paying bet. You must correctly guess both the exact Open Panel and the exact Close Panel together.
